The business is located in the United States and serves clients throughout North Carolina in Kernersville, Winston-Salem, High Point and the regions around the Piedmont Triad and Greensboro. Specialties of the import service include providing service and maintenance programs for BMW, Mini Cooper, Volvo, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, SMART, Audi, Fiat, Saab and Porsche automobiles. One of the unique offerings that helps Carmine's Import Service stand out among other car service shops is its 4-year and/or fifty-thousand mile warranty. It is one of the best warranties available in the auto service industry and protects the customer against defects or failure on any of the parts and labor that were purchased from Carmine's, with only a few exceptions. The warranty sometimes extends even longer when applied with the manufacturer's provided coverage. Carmine's service department has been validated by Bosch as an Authorized Service Center and the Bosch Exclusive Nationwide warranty is available at participating locations. With hundreds of nationwide Bosch locations available to choose from, there is likely to be a Bosch Service Center nearby no matter where the customer travels in the US.

There are also several free benefits the customer receives with qualifying service work, including a 12 month or 12,000 mile official Bosch coverage on parts and labor on repairs and services, and this is sometimes doubled to 24 months or 24,000 miles at participating dealers. Carmine's Import Service also offers a BG Protection Plan, which is a lifetime protection plan for vehicles. As it is separate from the manufacturer's warranty, it goes into effect after the OEM warranty reaches expiration. Any deductible paid by the client under an extended service contract that covers such claims will be reimbursed by BG Products, Inc.

About the Ownership

Carmine Cupani is owner of Carmine's Import Service. He is a Bosch authorized and ASE certified auto technician and business manager. He has been offering service on European cars in the community of the Triad since 1999 and opened Carmine's Import Service as a full-service shop four years ago. He studied Information Technology at Guilford Technical Community College and is well equipped to understand the computer technology used in new cars today. He also maintains the latest factory level technical equipment that he uses to diagnose problems correctly, which saves the customer both time and money in unnecessary repairs. In his spare time, he enjoys participating in events with the BMW Car Club or driving BMWs at the Virginia International Raceway.
